7月24日（火）は無鄰菴在釜（ざいふ）の日です。「在釜」という旗を見つけたら、それはどなたでもお気軽にお茶を召し上がっていただけますよ、というサインです。お作法がわからなくても大丈夫。スタッフがご説明いたします。ぜひ、無鄰菴在釜にお越しくださいませ。

【Announcement】Zaifu – Casual Tea Ceremony from 9am – 12pm on Jul.24th(Tuesday)! Please drop by to have an authentic Japanese cultural experience!
In Kyoto, when you come across a sign with the word “在釜” (Zaifu) written on it, it means “a tea kettle is set, come around to have some tea”.
You can enjoy this rather-rarely-seen-tradition every Tuesday exclusively at Murin-an and casually savor a bowl of freshly whisked tea, while our staff will explain more about the tea and the historical garden.

無鄰菴茶道教室

酷暑が続いておりますが、本日母屋にてお教室が開催されました。
夏の風物詩であるセミの声と軽やかな流れの音を聴きながら、閑坐聴松風の雰囲気が感じられる雰囲気の中、お稽古をしていただきました。
また、掛け軸にございます「和敬清寂」(わけいせいじゃく／主人と賓客がお互いの心を和らげて謹み敬い、茶室の備品や茶会の雰囲気を清浄にすることという意）のお稽古も感じ取れる時間を過ごしました。
初めての方も、お庭を散策に来られた方も、毎週土曜日、お気軽に体験出来ます。無鄰菴お立ち寄りの際の＋αを記念にどうぞ。

【Album】The Murinan Tea ceremony classroom
Hot summer keep going. The Murinan Tea ceremony class was held in Main building. We felt the atmosphere of the quiet sight with sounds of the cicadas and light flow. We also could feel the basic philosophy of Sado from「※和敬清寂」.
The Murinan Tea ceremony is held Sunday and Wednesday. Come around when you visit Murinan, luckily no reservation required!
※「和敬清寂」“Wa, Kei, Sei, Jyaku” form the basic philosophy of Sado, stating the importance of purifying the atmosphere of the ceremony to soothe the guest’s heart.

季節のしつらえと限定茶菓子

無鄰菴では、四季折々の「しつらえ」でお客様をお迎えさせていただいております。明日は二十四節気の「大暑」にちなんだ季節の花のしつらえを母屋にてお楽しみいただけます。また「大暑」に合わせたこの日限りのお茶菓子（限定10席）もご用意し、皆様のお越しをお待ちしております。今回は、きんとん向日葵のお茶菓子をご用意致します。尚、こちらの茶菓子席は無くなり次第終了です。ご了承下さいませ。

【Exclusive Seasonal Tea Sweets Day】
Murin-an has been welcoming you with decoration according to the 24 Japanese seasons: Tomorrow the seasonal theme is “Ｍajor heat” （Taisyo_大暑). You may enjoy the setting of the seasonal flowers in the main house. The special confectionery with tea is limited to 10 sets/day and exclusively arranged for Murin-an:

7月18日は「カワウ」についてのお話を致します。
水中で魚を見事に捕えて食べているこの野鳥は、水辺から上がるとリラックスしたような姿をよく見かけます。今回はカワウの生態についてお話させていただきます。

無鄰菴の床の間にも祇園祭の花「ヒオウギ（檜扇）」が入りました。京都では、魔除けの花としてこの時期よく見かけるお花です。小さな長刀鉾も床の間にしつらえています。
