We’re selling entry tickets that come with an explanation of matcha tea etiquette!
Why not knock back a cup of weak matcha tea? Every year at Murin-an, there are lots of Chinese visitors who come around the Chinese New Year. For those Chinese visitors who will spend this important event in Japan, we’ll share with them how to spend time in a Japanese space. To start, our Murin-an staff members will explain how to drink matcha tea.
We also have explanatory pamphlets available in Chinese and English for those who want them. Japanese people who don’t know how to drink matcha tea, feel free to join us!
