Murin-an is welcoming you with seasonal decoration that represents the “24 Sekki”, 24 terms used to denote the change of seasons within the year. Feb 17th is representing the day of “Usui (雨水), literally means ”Rainwater”. It is the season when it will snow in winter, the rain turns into water instead of snow.
