10月24日は「ジョウビタキ」についてのお話を致します。冬鳥として日本に飛来し、無鄰菴では苔の絨毯が拡がる辺りの杭の上で周囲を見渡している姿がチラホラと見られる時期となります。

Today’s Bird is the Daurian redstart. This wild bird often perches on a post in Murin-an garden that is surrounded by a carpet of moss. The color of the male’s chest is a very beautiful orange.
“Wild Birds: MIni-lecture” is held every Wednesday from 2:00 PM.
