「無鄰菴野鳥ミニ講座」／Wednesday: Wild Bird Lesson

9月12日（水）の午後、8畳間にて「無鄰菴野鳥ミニ講座」を開催いたしました。今回のトピックは「ハイタカ」でした。猛禽類の種類や雌雄の違い、ハイタカの由来、無鄰菴にやってくる理由や出会った経験談等をお伝えさせて頂きました。講座中、セグロセキレイの水浴び姿も見られ、楽しい30分を皆さま過ごされておられました。次回は9月19日（水）14:00~14:30に、「ミサゴ」についてお話いたします。

On September 12 (Wed.), we held a Murin-an wild bird lesson in our 8-tatami mat space. The Sparrowhawk was the subject of the lecture this time. We learned about the species of birds of prey, the differences between male and female birds, the origins of the Sparrowhawk, and why they come to Murin-an. We also heard stories about encounters with these wild birds. During the lecture, we saw Japanese wagtails bathing in the water, and we all spent an enjoyable 30 minutes together.
Our next bird lesson is September 19 (Wed.), 2:00 PM~2:30 PM, and will be on the Osprey.
