京都市上下水道局様ご一行様が文化力向上研修にて無鄰菴に来場されました。

琵琶湖疏水と深いかかわりのある無鄰菴のお庭を臨む、二階特別室にて疏水をテーマに無鄰菴学芸員スタッフと琵琶湖疏水記念館学芸員　白川様より解説をいたしました。
解説後の質問では、無鄰菴の流れに生息している生物のことなど、疏水に関わる皆様ならではの質問をいただきました。上下水道局の皆様、ご来場ありがとうございました。

Kyoto City Waterworks Bureau Visits Murin-an for “Power of Culture” Enhancement Training
From the second floor room overlooking Murin-an’s garden, which is so deeply connected to the Lake Biwa Canal, the curator from Murin-an and Lake Biwa Canal Museum curator Tetsuo Shirakawa gave a lecture using the canal as a theme.
After the lecture, people asked about living things inhabiting Murin-an’s stream and posed the kind of questions that you would expect from people whose work involves them in the canal.
