無鄰菴茶道教室

1月17日（金）、18日（土）に母屋2階、茶室にて茶道教室を開催致しました。今回は茶箱点前の割稽古をおこないました。これは外でお茶を楽しむため、箱の中に茶道具を入れて行うお点前。ほとんど生徒さんは今日が初めての体験となりました。翌日は盆略や濃茶のお点前のお稽古をおこない、みなさま真剣なまなざしで向き合っておられました。大切な事であり、生徒の皆さまはその知識をしっかりと受け止められておられました。

second floor of Murin-an’s main house. This time we held step-by-step lessons on tea ceremonies using a tea box (chabako). Tea ceremony utensils are placed in a box so that the tea ceremony can be enjoyed outside. For almost all our students, this was their first time to experience this tea ceremony style. On the following day, we held lessons for the simplified (bonryaku) and thick tea (koicha) tea ceremony styles; you could see the looks of concentration in students’ eyes as they faced each other.
